Hudson Valley, NY
The Farmhouse
The Jenni Kayne Farmhouse is a hospitality project located in the Hudson Valley. A farmhouse in the truest sense, our team worked to honor the existing forms of the Upstate New York property while breathing new life into the home. Every inch of the space—from the great room to the outdoors, where the Oak Essentials Wellness Club lives—has a story to be told. Wide windows invite light in, tones and textures come alive in every room, and pops of red add intrigue that draw you in. Each detail is one to marvel, ensuring a stay at the Farmhouse is unforgettable.
Telluride, CO
The Telluride Hideaway
In this full-gut renovation, our team reimagined the modern day mountain house to create an escape in heart of Telluride, Colorado. Intended for luxe and comfortable family life, the team focused on infusing our signature look and feel into the home by leaning on the elements of clean, minimalist design. From the soft touches of texture to the warmth exuded by the grounding color palette, the finished product is a space that's as cozy as it is refreshing.
Te Arai, NZ
The New Zealand Escape
Built from the ground up, this full-scale hospitality project—resort cottages at Te Arai Links and a private residence at Tara Iti—spanned years and spared no detail. Drawing inspiration directly from the surrounding landscape, the space feels clean and calm, yet warm and entirely inviting. Designed with indoor-outdoor flow at the forefront, every detail pays homage to nature, and materials that would gracefully patina in the specific climate—naturally-finished cedar and indigenous wood from kauri trees—complement the New Zealand coastline at every turn.
Montecito, CA
The Coastal Abode
This full-gut renovation of a 1920s Spanish style in charming Montecito reflects California design in every form. Bright, modern, and infused with neutrals while maintaining all the character of its original form, we were keen on ensuring the Coastal Abode spoke to our clients' needs while telling an interiors story that felt unique and inspiring. We did away with outdated forms and completely redesigned every inch of the space to reveal a warm and inviting space that draws on the energy of California living.
Lake Arrowhead, CA
Arrowhead A-Frame
When it came to the Arrowhead A-Frame, we were eager to keep the overall frame of the space intact while creating a picture-perfect space that our clients could enjoy for years to come. We embarked on a full-gut renovation: the lofted living room upstairs was reframed to incorporate built-in bunk beds, the exterior wall in the downstairs living room took on new windows and doors to ensure only the best mountain views (and a touch of indoor-outdoor living), and new finishes throughout the space cap off an extensive interior remodel that fitting for a lakeside living.
Santa Ynez, CA
The Jenni Kayne Ranch
The Jenni Kayne Ranch is a full-scale interiors project located a few hours outside of Los Angeles in Santa Ynez. The team embarked on a full gut renovation, taking the old, outdated, and unlivable home down to the studs and rebuilding a remarkable space that showcases the best of California design. With 360-degree views of the Santa Ynez landscape, the Jenni Kayne Ranch comes alive through thoughtful details curated by and from today’s most trusted design sources.
Lake Tahoe, CA
The Glenbrook Treehouse
This Lake Tahoe retreat was purchased with the intention of serving as a getaway for friends and family—but achieving the warm and inviting feeling our clients were seeking called for a pared-back approach that focused on quality essentials. We sought to create a cohesive design with bright and clean features that bring to life the best of modern California design. Elevated textures and subdued tones instill a sense of comfort and ease that ensures you never want to leave.
Mandeville Canyon, CA
The Canyon Chateau
Aptly named the Canyon Chateau, our approach to this Mandeville Canyon home was grounded in honoring the elements of the past while looking towards the tastes of today. Eager to keep the English countryside feel intact while infusing a touch of California, we made sure the rustic beams, fireplace, and molding detail stayed put, instead choosing to focus on newly defined moments with light oak floors, sleek finishes, and elevated stone countertops. The finished product is a space that is decidedly at home in the canyon: every room is filled with light and finds its power in the details.
Lake Arrowhead, CA
The Jenni Kayne Lake House
The Jenni Kayne Lake House was one of the first properties designed in its entirety by our team, and serves as a touchstone for the evolution of our brand’s aesthetic. The existing interiors were lacking a vision and were in need of an update across everything from flooring and paint to finishes and beyond, but the lakeside location was an opportune point of design inspiration. Drawing from the light and bright elements of coastal minimalism, the Lake Arrowhead space comes alive through thoughtful details and a refreshed point of view.
